10 Matches to Bet On

Last weekend proved to be fairly profitable with most of our bets arriving. This weekend, there’s plenty more money to be made with some interesting encounters thrown our way. As usual, we take a look at the best bets across Europe’s top five leagues, so, without further ado, 10 matches are waiting for us to preview, so let’s get down to business.

We cater for everybody here at BET Central, so let’s see what’s cooking on the menu this week:

Premier League

Fulham v Leeds (Friday)

Our 10-leg bet slip starts on Friday night where Leeds look to do the double over Fulham in their return to the Premier League. The visitors have gone through an unusual goal drought, failing to score in their last three matches in the league. Fulham have lost just twice in their last eight games with both defeats coming against Tottenham and Manchester City. In between that, Fulham emphatically beat Liverpool 1-0 at Anfield.

West Ham v Arsenal (Sunday)

West Ham’s incredible home record will be put to the test when David Moyes meets the captain of his former side, Everton, in Mikel Arteta. Arsenal got the better of the Hammers last time around, but with the Gunners now focusing on the UEFA Europa League, perhaps West Ham could cause an upset here. The hosts have won their last three matches at home, including an impressive 2-1 victory over Tottenham. Meanwhile, Arsenal have not kept a clean sheet in the league since the back end of January. Finding the back of the net has been no problem for Arteta’s men though.

Serie A

Inter Milan v Sassuolo (Saturday)

The dominant force in the Italian Serie A this season has surprisingly been Inter Milan. Antonio Conte has taken the club back to where they feel they should be with the Nerazzurri currently nine points clear of their closest rivals, AC Milan, who occupy second spot. Inter have won eight Serie A games in a row, while Sassuolo have won just one of their last six encounters.

Roma v Napoli (Sunday)

One of the most entertaining games to look forward to in the Italian Serie A sees Roma and Napoli lock horns this Sunday. The hosts are slight favourites in this tie considering their excellent home form, but their away trip to Shakhtar Donetsk in the UEFA Europe League on Thursday could take a massive toll on their preparations. Napoli are no pushovers as well and have won three of their last four matches, including their recent 1-0 win at AC Milan.

Bundesliga

Bayern Munich v Stuttgart (Saturday)

High-flying Bayern Munich have a tricky test in the form of Stuttgart this weekend in the German Bundesliga. The club world champions are on a three-game winning streak in the league and just come off the back of a 2-1 victory over Lazio in the second leg. They’ve shown that they know how to score goals, but keeping clean sheets is not something you’d associate with Bayern Munich anymore. Stuttgart are unbeaten in five matches and will hope to make this game tougher than it seems on paper.

FC Koln v Dortmund (Saturday)

Koln seem to be having a tough season in the German Bundesliga and are slowly creeping towards the relegation zone again. The hosts are without a win in their last five league encounters, losing four times in that spell. Dortmund have lost just one of their last five matchups, albeit away to a rampant Bayern Munich side. Erling Haaland has been in terrific goal scoring form of late and will be licking his lips against a shaky Koln defence.

La Liga

Athletic Bilbao v Eibar (Saturday)

Athletic Bilbao will be hoping to extend their long-standing unbeaten run on home soil when they gear up to take on Eibar in the Spanish La Liga this Saturday. The hosts are undefeated in five home games and are hindering on the top half of the table. Eibar are without a victory in 10 matches, losing seven times in that run. On their travels, the visitors are winless in eight ties, losing their last three.

Sevilla v Real Betis (Sunday)

The game of the weekend in the Spanish La Liga sees Real Sociedad look to cause a major upset when they host Barcelona. Ronald Koeman’s side have been in fantastic form in the league and a currently on a superb run of 17 games without defeat. During that period, Barca have won 14 of those encounters including the last four on the bounce. Before Real Sociedad’s defeat last weekend, they had also gone through a run of seven matchups without losing.

Ligue 1

Dijon v Reims (Sunday)

The French Ligue 1 hasn’t seen a side as bad as Dijon for a very long time with the hosts rooted to the bottom of the table with just 15 points from 29 matches. They’re also yet to win a home game this season, while they’re currently on a run of nine consecutive defeats in the league. Reims are unbeaten in their last five league ties and won in their last away trip – a 2-1 victory of Nantes, who recently beat Paris Saint-Germain.

Paris Saint-Germain v Nantes (Sunday)

It’s been a surprise season in the French Ligue 1, simply because a team other than PSG are on top of the table. The club currently in their spot is none other than Lille. This weekend’s hosts to Nimes are three points clear at the summit and boast the best defensive record in the division. At home, Lille have lost just once and have conceded just eight goals in 15 matches. Nimes are winless in three games and currently lie second from the bottom.
