For the second year Gold Circle will be hosting their grandstand day, the Durban July, behind closed doors. This year’s horse race edition will be held on 3 July 2021 at Greyville Racecourse in Durban. Whilst a few notable absentees may have allowed some lower rated entries, this handicap race remains the pinnacle of the racing season. There is already some solid support for the more fancied runners in this year’s race, so interest has already peaked.

Other experienced runners include 2-time winner Do It Again, Rainbow Bridge and last year’s runner up, Got The Greenlight. The latter of those three currently tops the betting at 3.50.
