.
After a rocky start, Bayern Munich are now primed for their eighth consecutive Bundesliga title after a sensational run of form under Hansi Flick. Borussia Dortmund are Bayern’s closest rivals currently, as usual, they have been scoring freely with Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland leading the charge, however, they are still conceding goals that’s why they average just over four goals per game so that’s why they are always candidates for the ‘Over 3.5 goals’ market.
In third is the impressive RB Leipzig under young manager Julian Nagelsmann, the clubs season stats are encouraging with the defence (26 goals conceded) and attack (62 goals scored) in good health and suggests they have the capabilities to mount a solid title challenge. They also progressed to the next stage of the Champions League so the club generally speaking is in great health.
Meanwhile, another point back is Gladbach in fourth, they were the season’s early pace-setters with some sensational and eye-catching form. However their title challenge has come apart, they have dropped as many points in their last nine matches as their opening 16 and have failed won back-to-back games in 2020.
The Relegation Battle
Paderbornrare poised to go straight back to Bundesliga 2, while Werder Bremen are facing only a second-ever relegation from the Bundesliga, and first since 1981. They are the seasons biggest disappointments having finished eighth last season,
Fortuna Dusseldorf sare in a relegation play-off place but are four points ahead of the bottom two mentioned above. However, for those clubs from twelfth place Eintracht Frankfurt, Mainz, Hertha Berlin and Augsburg are all flirting with the relegation play-off place.
Top Players This Season
Youngsters Timo Werner and Jadon Sancho have been tearing up the Bundesliga this season. Werner has been attracting attention from the likes of Liverpool is on 21 goals and seven assists. Sancho, another hot property among Europe’s elite was the first to reach double figures in both in goals (15) and assists (14) in Europe’s top five leagues.

Both players attempt to win the player of the season award will probably be foiled by Bayern’s Robert Lewandowski, the Polish striker leads the golden boot race by four goals and it would take a lot for Timo Werner to stop him.
